We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic LINE COOK to join our dynamic team. The ideal
candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional
customer service in a fast-paced environment. This position requires a strong work ethic,

Responsibilities
To aid in providing efficient and cost-effective Breakfast, A La Carte and Banquet
cooking to Oakwood Resort. Assisting the Kitchen Manager and other Line Cooks
To ensure all menu items are consistently prepared in accordance with the
specifications of the Kitchen Manager
To ensure superior quality and freshness of all menu items prepared
To ensure proper stock rotation of deliveries and food in production
To ensure a clean and organized work environment with emphasis on safe food handling
Ensure food and equipment are properly handled and stored
Promote positive image of the property to the guest and must be pleasant, honest,
friendly and should also be able to address guests’ requests and enquiries
Qualifications
Cooking – one year (preferred)
Food Safe, SafeCheck and Food Handler or equivalent (preferred)

This position is in Grand Bend, ON. A successful applicant must be able to reliably
commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required).
