Hotel Guest Services Manager/Revenue Manager

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the front office, including managing phone systems and guest relations.
- Oversee hotel revenue/yield management and OTA presence
- Ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes for guests.
- Train and supervise front desk staff to provide excellent customer service.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and resolve any issues.
- Maintain accurate records of room availability, reservations, and guest accounts.
- Monitor and manage the front office budget.
Bartender
$17.20 / Hour

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, serving customers, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils
Housekeeping Room Attendant
$16.00-$18.00 / Hour
