We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented MARKETING ASSOCIATE to join our dynamic team. This is a hands-on, support-focused role suited to a student or early-career professional looking to gain experience in hospitality, marketing and resort operations. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

Marketing & Communications Support

Update and maintain resort website content, including promotions, events and seasonal information
Draft and schedule social media posts across resort platforms
Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns as directed
Support the creation of promotional material (digital and print)
Coordinate basic email marketing communications
Assist with photography and content collection for marketing purposes

Operational Support (As required)

Assist with event setup and coordination when required
Support food and beverage operations during conferences, group events, or high-occupancy periods
Perform other related duties as assigned to support overall resort operations

Teamwork

Ability to work with all other departments and fully understand events happening at the resort at all times.

Qualifications

Education:

Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a post-secondary program (Marketing, Business, Hospitality, Communications or related field preferred)

Specialized Knowledge:

Strong written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable using social media platforms and website editing tools

Experience:

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Customer-service oriented with a professional demeanor

Other:

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends during peak season

This position is in Grand Bend, ON. A successful applicant must be able to reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required).
