What Time Is Check-In?

Check in is any time after 4PM

Check-Out is any time before 11AM

We offer early check-ins when and where we can. Ask our Front desk if an early check-in can be applied to your reservation!

There is ample parking here at Oakwood Resort for wherever you are headed. We offer parking in close proximity to all key areas as well as overflow parking down in the lower parking lot.

Guests can enjoy our indoor heated salt-water swimming pool as well as a hot tub, sauna and fitness room. All amenities are accessible with keycard access.

There are a couple options to walk into town. You can walk down the road to the main intersection of Grand Bend and it will take you approximately 10 minutes. Or you can walk up the beach to the main public beach and Grand Bend stage and that will take you approximately 15 minutes.

The hours in the Dining Room & Dave’s Pub & Grill change seasonally.

Netflix is not currently available on the TVs in our rooms.

High Speed WiFi is accessible throughout Oakwood Resort.

We do not have charging ports on property. There are charging ports located in Grand Bend.

Of course! The beach is what we’re known for. Our guests enjoy keycard access down to the private beach on Lake Huron. It’s approximately a 5 minute walk and is known for producing fantastic sunsets, sandy fun and amazing memories!

Breakfast is available year round but differs depending on the season.

September 15th – April 31st: Continental Breakfast Available

May 1st – June 24th: Weekend Only Hot Breakfast Buffet in Oak Dining Room

June 25th – September 14th: Hot Breakfast Buffet from 8am – 11am in the Oak Dining Room

The view varies depending on the room type. Most of our deluxe rooms offer a golf course view. No rooms offer a view of Lake Huron.

We always recommend making reservations at Dave’s Pub & Grill. Provided there’s availability, making a reservation is the only way you can be 100% sure you’ll be able to enjoy all that the pub has to offer.
