Making a Tee Time
- Please be aware that our walk-on tee time policy is suspended until further notice
- All players will have to have a confirmed tee time before entering the property
- Tee time booked by calling between 9:00am – 5:00pm

- Tee times will be scheduled at a 10-minute interval
- The first tee will open at 9:00 daily and the last tee will close at 6:00pm.
- No tee times after 6:00pm. Tee times at 6:00pm are limited to 9 holes.
- Absolutely no back nine starts permitted; holes are to be played in order.
Services at the Club
- The ProShop will be open and will permit 2 inside the shop at a time
- Purchases can be also made over the phone and curbside pick-up available
- On-course food & beverage service will be available at the Pub at the 1st and 10th tee.
- The driving range will be open to use by the coin operated machine, or purchase balls at the Oakwood Proshop.
Arrival Process at the Club for Golfers with Tee Times
- Adhere to physical distancing practices at all times (minimum of 6’ apart).
- Members will be allowed access to the Club 20 minutes or less prior to their scheduled tee times.
- Staff will not remove or load clubs or equipment from or into Member vehicles or onto carts.
- The putting green will be accessible for 10 minutes before the next group on the 1st tee. It will be used as an on deck circle waiting to start. Putting and chipping is permitted but social distancing will be enforced.
- Power carts are available (but not guaranteed) for single riders only or for two members of the same household.
- Pull carts and gas carts will be available and will be sanitized before and after each use.
- There will be no access to the Clubhouse or to locker rooms.
- There will be no bag storage or bag drop service.
- The pub (Daves grill ) washrooms will be open and cleaned and sanitized regularly throughout the day.
On Course
- Adhere to physical distancing practices at all times (minimum of 6’).
- Tees and pencils will not be provided.
- There will not be any ball washers on the course.
- You will be required to replace your own divots.
- Flagsticks are not to be touched. Each pin is fitted with a foam noodle that allows hands-free retrieval of your ball from the cup by only falling in the cup 1/2 inch. Making easy to grab your ball without touching the pin or cup.
General Procedures
- Adhere to physical distancing practices at all times (minimum of 6’).
- You must not arrive more than 20 minutes prior to your tee time.
- You must depart the Club immediately following play.
- If you do not abide by the Club’s COVID-19 protocols, you will be required to leave immediately. It is important for everyone to follow these protocols so the Club can keep the course open for all golfers to enjoy.
- Additionally, infractions will be subject to immediate review and possible suspension of privileges
League Member Play
- In lieu of weekly play, there will be no weekly contests in the immediate future
- Leagues will be welcome to play any day of the week after 2pm. Tee times must be booked on the phone prior to showing up, the Proshop, tee times can be booked only 7 days in advance.
- No scorecards will be handed into the ProShop for scoring
The health and safety of our members and staff is our top priority at Oakwood Resort. Therefore, strict adherence to our COVID-19 protocols is expected and required of all members and staff and will be strictly enforced. Together, we will work for the safety of everyone at our Resort.
