Hotel Guest Services Manager/Revenue Manager
$50,000 – $60,000/Year

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the front office, including managing phone systems and guest relations.
- Oversee hotel revenue/yield management and OTA presence
- Ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes for guests.
- Train and supervise front desk staff to provide excellent customer service.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and resolve any issues.
- Maintain accurate records of room availability, reservations, and guest accounts.
- Monitor and manage the front office budget.
Bartender
$20 / Hour + Grat
