We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic LINE COOK to join our dynamic team. The ideal
candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional
customer service in a fast-paced environment. This position requires a strong work ethic,
attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Join our team as a

Responsibilities

To aid in providing efficient and cost-effective Breakfast, A La Carte and Banquet
cooking to Oakwood Resort. Assisting the Kitchen Manager and other Line Cooks
 To ensure all menu items are consistently prepared in accordance with the
specifications of the Kitchen Manager
 To ensure superior quality and freshness of all menu items prepared
 To ensure proper stock rotation of deliveries and food in production
 To ensure a clean and organized work environment with emphasis on safe food handling
 Ensure food and equipment are properly handled and stored
 Promote positive image of the property to the guest and must be pleasant, honest,
friendly and should also be able to address guests’ requests and enquiries

Qualifications

 Cooking – one year (preferred)
 Food Safe, SafeCheck and Food Handler or equivalent (preferred)

Additional pay – Tips
 This position is in Grand Bend, ON. A successful applicant must be able to reliably
commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required).
