Full-Time Spa Receptionist.

Looking for a full time Spa Receptionist. Seeking friendly, bright and motivated person to oversee particular functions of the front reception area.

Reports To: Spa Manager

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Must be comfortable in sales
  • Prefer candidate to have computer experience in booking spa appointments would be asset
  • Experience with Spa software an asset, but training is available
  • Secondary school education preferred, post-secondary an asset
  • Provide quality customer service in a professional and courteous manner
  • Strong organizational and planning skills, capable of multi-tasking, and ability to work independently
  • Ability to process high volumes of work quickly, efficiently and accurately. Must be able to start as soon as possible for training.
